    French Onion Soup
    Classic interpretation of Provencal soup of caramelized onions, rosemary and enriched veal stock topped with a gruyere cheese crostini 
  2. ENTRÉE | Recommended Wine Pairing: Sumac Ridge Sauvignon Blanc
    Pork Piccata 
    Pan fried scallopini of pork tenderloin, roast garlic mashed potatoes, fall vegetable medley and lemon caper piccata sauce 
    OR
    Bouillabaisse
    Tomato saffron broth with shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops and salmon topped with rouille and crostini
